Tourism Development Strategy

Londonderry, also known as Derry, is the regional city for the north west of the island of Ireland. The historic city core of Derry has been designated by the Government as one of Northern Ireland’s five ‘Signature Tourism Projects’, putting the Walled City on an investment priority list alongside Titanic Belfast, the Giant’s
Causeway, St.Patrick in Downpatrick and Armagh and the Mourne Mountains.
