Committee Administration

Committee Administration is responsible for providing the full range of services to Council, its Committees, Sub-Committee etc. These services include:-
  • Collating and compiling agendae, reports and other papers for meetings
  • The taking of, drafting, preparing and presentation of meetings
  • Distribution of meetings papers to Members, the press and other interested parties
  • Making arrangements for deputations wishing to address meetings
  • Liasing with other statutory bodies
  • Assigning decisions of Council to the appropriate Officer/Department for implementation
