St. Patrick’s Day Outdoor Celebrations – 17 March

Shell Foyle Cup

The Shell Foyle Cup is Ireland's premier International Youth Football Tournament, pitching the cream of Irish talent against the best sides from Europe and beyond. Walled City Cultural Trail

The Walled City Cultural Trail (July and August) uses the walk around Ireland’s historic walled city as a means of uncovering the wealth of history and culture, Derry has to offer. Banks of the Foyle Halloween Carnival

A week long programme of events to celebrate Ireland’s first and number one Halllowe’en Carnival. The city plays host to the biggest free street party which sees the city transformed into the premier destination for 40,000 ghosts, ghouls, witches and warlocks. Crafts in the City
