Getting Around

Age Restrictions
If you are aged 14 or under you must be accompanied by an adult. You may be asked for photo I.D.

What Time?
Saturday 24th
Gates open: 1pm
Gig finishes: 10:30pm

Sunday 25th
Gates open: 11am
Gig finishes: 7:30pm

Getting to and from the event
There is no parking at or close to the event. Traffic cones indicating No Parking will be in place from Victoria Road through to New Buildings including the residential area at Prehen. Concert goers are asked to respect the property and privacy of residents in the vicinity of the concert site. If you are arriving by car please follow the AA directional signage for city centre car parks and make use of the shuttle bus service that is provided.

Shuttle Bus
A shuttle bus service will be available from the Ulsterbus Depot in Foyle Street and from Crescent Link Retail Park (second phase). Coaches depart every ten minutes during the times listed below. The price for the bus service is £2 return. No alcohol will be permitted on the shuttle buses and concert goers are asked not to wear football jerseys. A Public information telephone line will be available from 7am on Saturday 24 April to 8pm on Sunday 25th on: 02871 264535.

Saturday 24th April
Shuttle bus service departing Foyle Street and Crescent Link Retail Park (second phase): 12.30pm - 3.30pm. Return shuttle bus from the Prehen site will be available from 10.30pm - 11.30pm returning to City Centre and Crescent Link

Sunday 25th April
Shuttle bus service departing Foyle Street and Crescent Link Retail Park (second phase): 10.30am - 1.30pm Return shuttle bus from the Prehen site will be available from 7.30pm - 8.30pm returning to City Centre and Crescent Link

Pedestrian access...
is available by using the Riverside Walkway along the Prehen Road. All queuing lanes outside the site are Alcohol Free Zones

Disabled Facilities...
Ulsterbus will have two smaller coaches specifically for disabled people operating from Ulsterbus Depot and Crescent Link Retail Park. For car parking - follow the AA directional signs on entering the city, there is no disabled parking at the site. Within the site there will be a viewing platform with a dedicated disabled toilet. The route into the show is via cycle path and on temporary flooring. There is a dedicated disabled toilet at each toilet block.

Taxis
A limited drop off/pick-up point for taxis/cars [whilst not encouraged] will be available. Anyone wishing to avail of this facility should follow the signs and directions of Marshals. Drop off/pick-up point will be close to the Victoria Road/Prehen Road junction (Newbuildings/Strabane side].

Drivers are encouraged to be patient and drive with care as traffic diversions will be in place and slight delays are expected.

On-site Facilities

Please note the concert is indoors.

Catering and bar facilities are available inside the site and a photographic ID is required for the purchase of alcohol.

Official merchandising will be available within the site.

First aid and Welfare Services are available and are located at "Green Cross" locations. For more information on issues like drugs, alcohol and clubbing safety check out the One Life site.
For your own safety please note the Exit, First Aid, Lost Children and Meeting Points located clearly within the site.

Stewarding is provided throughout the event and for your own safety and the safety of others please co-operate with stewards and security at all times and follow any loudspeaker or screen announcements. The stewards are there to help so please contact a steward if you are in need of assistance.

Don't!

Do not bring alcohol, cans or glass bottles as these will be confiscated at the entrance to the site.

Do not wear football jerseys.

Do not bring cameras, or any audio visual recording equipment as their use is prohibited.

Do not bring garden furniture or umbrellas to the site or plan to camp as there are no facilities at the site.

Do not crowd surf, mosh, or build pyramids. This is dangerous to yourself and others and offenders will be removed from the site immediately.

There is no re-admission to the site for anyone.
