Don’t miss the celebrated Halloween Carnival Parade featuring many talented local community groups showcasing their colourful costumes, creative puppets and carnival performance, dance along with the enthusiastic Samba and Marching Bands and marvel at the magnificent Large-Scale props and Carnival Characters.
