Attention, Relay Runners

OK, so you’re taking the Relay Leg option of around 4.5 miles each but you still need to prepare!

We’re providing a basic training schedule to ensure you arrive on the Start Line in decent shape.

Check out the usual stuff, get your Doctor’s OK if necessary, find some friends to train with, get proper running shoes and suitable clothing and above all, run at a pace you can handle!
