Getting to the Starting Line in Good Shape

Whether you intend to run the full 13.1 miles of the Half Marathon, tackle it in bite-size chunks via the three-person Team Relay or have a go at the 10 Mile Challenge Walk, we have drawn up basic training programmes for all three.
