Thank you for seeking assistance for your project as part of the Grant Aid programme 2008/2009.

The programme is in its sixth year and aims to encourage access and participation in community activity by increasing the level of Events and Projects that are available to our citizens.

Please read all the documentationcarefully as there has been some general changes made to the conditions of grant aid this year.

The programme supports the Corporate Plan adopted by Derry City Council in 2002 and will contribute to the Councils overall aim of "improving the quality of life in our district region". The Grant Aid process supports the concepts of transparency, equity and accountability and, with your ideas, will deliver a funding programme that builds upon the skills and innovative resources that are available in our local community.
