City Centre Rangers Project

There are two city centre Rangers. Objectives of the project include:

  • Providing a warm welcome to all city centre users
  • Liaise with local government agencies and report hazards and incidence of fly-posting, litter and graffiti
  • Provide assistance and information to city centre traders
  • Convey a feeling of safety, well-being and civic responsibility to all users of the city centre
  • Provide professional, as well as popular, support to visitors, retailers, public agencies and other city centre users
  • Support city centre promotions and cultural activities
