Wildlife Recording

FlowersGet involved by recording wildlife in your area. We are always interested to hear about sighting of mammals such as red squirrel, irish hare, otter and hedgehogs. Records of birds such as lapwing, swift, yellowhammer or house sparrow are sought but any species you think would be of interest please forward on the details. We are also keen to map invasive species such as grey squirrels, mink, and japenese knotweed.

Download the recorder cards for more information and for pictures of the species mentioned. Please remember to enjoy recording whilst taking care to avoid disturbance to wildlife. Relevant access permission should always be sought prior to visiting any sites.
