Press ReleasePress information regarding incident at City of Derry AirportSaturday, 23rd October 04Earlier today (Saturday 23rd October) the emergency plan for City of Derry was called into action when a twin-engine 6-seater aircraft, arriving from Waterford, requested assistance. A spokesperson for City of Derry Airport confirmed that the incident concluded with the aircraft landing safely: “At a 12.10pm an inbound twin engine aircraft, with four passengers onboard, requested assistance when aircraft instrumentation indicated a fault with the undercarriage landing equipment.
