Park And Ride Goes Daily

Christmas shopping is made easy thanks to the FREE Park and Ride scheme, which will operate daily in the city from Monday, December 18 until Christmas Eve, Sunday 24 December. Free shuttle buses leave the Fort George site every 15 minutes daily between 1200 noon and 1800 hrs.

The initiative means shoppers have a variety of options for getting in and out of the city centre in the run up to Christmas.

The Mayor, Councillor Helen Quigley has given her backing to the campaign and welcomed the fact the service is going daily.

The Christmas Park and Ride Scheme was developed in partnership with Roads Service, Ilex and Derry City Council.
