At this weekend’s Guildhall Craft Fair you’ll not only look good but feel good too! While you indulge yourself with some of the most exclusive jewellery, art and crafts from all over Ireland you can feel the benefits of a totally natural diet from The Organic Herb Company.

Derry born founder Paul Pritchard says choosing organic is not just the healthy choice, it’s cost effective too.

“These days so many people have food intolerances and allergies that they’re moving away from processed foods towards products and ingredients that are totally organic and retraceable. Everything we do complies with the HACCP system, which means it can be traced back to the farm of origin. We only use produce which is naturally in season so we source our produce from all over the world. It may mean a bit of extra work for us but the results are top quality organic food which looks and tastes fantastic. Plus you know exactly what you’re eating.”

The Organic Herb Company has built up a reputation for excellence and is a supplier for the Avoca Handweavers, the Brooklodge Hotel; certified organic hotel and health spa and the Organic Baby Food Company.

The company has been attending the Guildhall Craft Fair for five years and Paul Pritchard has promised that their mixed seed crunch will also be returning.

“Our roasted mixed seed crunch is always extremely popular. Made from 100% organic pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and cracked linseed, it’s a low GI product and being gluten and cholesterol free, it’s good for celiacs too. Add it to your cereal in the morning or munch on it alone - either way you’ll love it!

“We’ve also added a new blueberry and apple mix seed crunch which is high in antioxidants. People are really catching on to the benefits of chemical free food and realising that it’s not an expensive elitist alternative. Everything in our range starts at £2 and goes up to £15 for our presentation boxes so everything is well within most budgets.”

The Craft Fair opens on Friday 17th November from 4pm-8pm; Saturday 18th November from 10am-6pm and Sunday 19th November from 11am-5pm. Entrance fee is £1.
