Media Itinerary for Derry City FC Welcome Home Reception

4th December 2006

Please find attached the following media opportunities for Monday 04 December for the welcome reception for Derry City FC.

To assist with ease of access to the stage area at Guildhall Square and the City Walls it is required that all photographers and broadcast media register in advance with the Marketing and Communications Section by emailing Adele McCourt, at adele.mccourt@derrycity.gov.uk or telephone 028 71 376 575.

Media passes will be available for collection at 6.00 pm on Monday, 04 December at the Guildhall. Access is available via the main back door. If you wish to collect your media pass prior to this time please contact the Press Office on 028 71 376 575.

Access to the Guildhall is via the Rear Door facing the Foyle Embankment

Registration 6.00 pm

6.30 pm - Music by Pure Fresh

6.00 pm - Derry team bus departs from Everglades Hotel to travel en route to City Centre taking the following route:
Craigavon Bridge, John Street, Foyle Embankment, Water Street, Foyle Street and Guildhall Square for approximately 7.00 pm - where the team will be invited onto the Main Stage by the Mayor.

Media looking for access MUST have the correct press accreditation.
