Capital Legacy Programme
NW PEACE III Partnership Invites Expressions of Interest for its Capital Legacy Programme
The NW PEACE III Partnership is being offered the opportunity to bid for additional monies towards Intervention 1(c) to support a small number of legacy capital projects that transform shared or contested spaces and which will leave a lasting legacy for PEACE III in the North West. The capital investment must be complemented by a comprehensive programme of activities to ensure the sustained use and sharing of the space during the life of the PEACE III programme and beyond.
Expressions of Interest are now being invited for project proposals across the North West PEACE III Cluster of Strabane District Council Area, Derry City Council Area and Omagh District Council Area. A maximum of three proposals (one from each Council Area) will then be included in a submission to SEUPB for additional funding.
Any award of grant aid will only be made available following a successful submission to SEUPB and the timeframe for the delivery of any Capital Legacy Project is June 2013 therefore State of Readiness/Deliverability within the Timeframe is one of the criterion, in addition to Evidence of Need, PEACE III Programme Specific Criteria (including target groups and areas) and Priority/Theme Specific Criteria.
Completed Expressions of Interest must be submitted to Derry City Council as Lead Partner in the NW PEACE III Cluster
on or before 4.00pm on Friday 13th January 2012.
Expressions of Interest will be acceptable by email or in hard-copy on or before the closing date and time. Please send your completed Expression of Interest to:
