Investigation of Food Alerts

Where a problem with a food product is identified (e.g. contamination with bacteria or foreign bodies) that could cause illness or injury, manufacturers are required to notify their local authority and withdraw/recall food if necessary. EHOS will assist with this process by either assisting the manufacturer or by contacting businesses who sell products.
