Service Level Agreements

Derry City Council’s Development Department have service level agreements with various organisations and groups in the following programme areas:

  • New Centre Support
  • Women’s Development
  • Good Relations
  • Festivals and Events
  • Arts and Culture Venues
  • Joint Provision
  • Advice


Service Level Agreements are a contract with Derry City Council and the grant recipient to deliver a service on behalf of Council for the period of three years with funding being allocated on a yearly basis for costs associated with projects or core running costs of the organisation.

Groups with a Service Level Agreement are not eligible for main or support grant aid.
