Introduction to the concept of ‘Fundamentals’ in football and be taken through an interactive workshop discussing the key elements they should be aware of when introducing football to children aged 5-9 year old. U-14/U-16
Focuses on the mechanics and technique of kicking, both shooting and passing and encourages coaches to develop kicking more in their sessions. The session is specific to this age group to help coaches plan their sessions for kicking skills.
MINOR/U-21
High intensity session using heart rate monitors on unidentified players to show the level of work rate during training. One coach runs the session on the pitch while another shows the performance of the monitored players “live” in the stand to help coaches understand how to structure their sessions. |
